If you have a bank account in The Netherlands or Belgium, you can pay via Ideal or MrCash – the payment systems used by Dutch and Belgian banks. If you have a bank account in any other country you can arrange a bank transfer via your own online payment system. Our bank details are as follows:

If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to contact@watchbank.eu with your contact details, your bank account number and the description of the watch it concerns (brand, model, price).

Orders can be cancelled within 2 working days.

Can I get my money back, when my watch does not meet my expectations?

AWC gives you a money back-guarantee when you return your watch within five working days from receipt.

How do I send a package back to AWC?

If you want to return a watch you must send an email to contact@watchbank.eu to let us know that you wish to return the watch to AWC. Watches must be returned within five working days from receipt. Please send your package to:

What is the best way to maintain my AWC?

To ensure that your watch gives you many years of trouble-free service, we recommend you to have it serviced every 2 to 3 years by an expert watchmaker or qualified jeweller. Mail to: info@awc.ch  for a list of addresses.

Do you offer a warrantee?

Answer : All AWC watches have a year warranty. To be eligible for warranty, please register your AWC by completing the
registry form on our website.

What are your shipping charges?

Answer :

Delivery within The Netherlands is included in the price. A surcharge of € 25.00 is applicable for delivery to other EU countries and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be added for delivery to countries outside of the EU.

Will the watch be insured during transport?

Answer : Yes. AWC will see to it that the watch is insured during transport.

Do I have to pay Customs Duty if I buy from abroad?

Answer : Yes. Duties and taxes have to be paid by the purchaser. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information.

Answer : Watches purchased via WatchBank are usually delivered to destinations within The Netherlands within the next 2 days. They often arrive the day after they were posted.
